Mr. Manailov possesses extended working experience in all areas of civil engineering. With his organizational abilities he successfully manages with "SINTEK" – Skopje , which, for a long time, is high ranked between the most successful companies in the Republic of Macedonia . Thanks to the responsible and professional working from the very beginning of his employment, the company demonstrates positive income statements which create conditions for further development of the business areas of the same. He reaches his working results with the properly scheduled working assignments, as following:

•  representing and presentation of the company in the relations with third persons,

•  he is in charge for the development plans and disposal of the services in the scope of the company's activity,

•  he carries out quality control of the services, conducting the ISO System 9001:2000

Working experience:

17 years in "Ading" – Skopje , where 16 years as Director for production and marketing,

21 years in "SINTEK" – Skopje,

Mr. Tasevski has graduated at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" on the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Skopje in 1970. Immediately after graduation he was employed in "Ading" – Skopje , and after one-year working experience, demonstrating excellent results he was promoted in Director for production and marketing. In 1987 he was employed in "SINTEK" – Skopje where he is an owner of the company and President of the Board of Directors.

In his extended working experience he has been working on designing, production, researching and application of materials for solving problems in the civil engineering, as waterproofing materials, thermal insulations, fire protection, anticorrosive and acid-resistant protection, or generally said, protection of materials and structures, which actually presents basic activity of "SINTEK" – Skopje. With introduction of ISO standards 9001:2000 in the activities of "SINTEK" – Skopje , he is appointed as Representative for development and control (PRK).

Besides his duties and obligations in managing the company as well as managing with the research, development, control and marketing department, he has active participation in organized congresses, conferences and seminars in the field of civil engineering. As an experienced, skilled and professional engeneer, many of his professional papers can be found in the civil engineering journals and also, he is a member of the Chairmanship of the Macedonian Committee for large dams.

HRISTOVA EVGENIJA, BSc. Architect

21 years in "SINTEK" – Skopje,

Ms. Hristova has graduated at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" on the Faculty of Architecture in Skopje in 1982. In 1987, with foundation of "SINTEK" – Skopje , she was appointed as chief of the Operational Department. She is a member of the Board of Directors in "SINTEK", where she takes active part in making decisions. Today Ms. Hristova proudly can say that she successfullymanages the department where she is entirely in charge for her employees who are with various qualification structure, from skilled workers to engineer staff, which in the period from foundation of the company till today, shows higher and higher results.

Thanks to the entire managing team, the Operational Department today, along with the specialized employees, possesses excellent equipment for carrying out the undertaken obligations. "SINTEK's" Operative unit, today works on many structures all over our Republic, as well as on the project "Repair, strengthening and protection of the bridges in the Republic of Macedonia " – grant by NATO. For a longer time period, the operative unit has active participation in repair and strengthening of bridges in Ukraine as a business partner of the construction company AD "Granit" – Skopje.
